La patogenia de la susceptibilidad

Resumen

La relación enfermo, enfermedad y ambiente es comprendida bajo el foco de los mecanismos de susceptibilidad del paciente, tomando en cuenta los aspectos más variados, tales como: sentido de peligro, autopoiesis, sensoreamiento de quórum, hereditariedad, epigenética, biosemiótica y posibilidad de regulación de esos mecanismos por la homeopatía. El proceso de aprendizaje de este asunto envuelve la revisitación del modelo clásico de inmunidad (self-nonself), así como del determinismo de las vías metabólicas y de regulación intracelular. De esa forma, las enfermedades dejan de ser vistas como simples resultantes de oscilaciones entre inmunodepresión y respuesta inmune exacerbada y pasan a ser caracterizadas como desbalances de una compleja red formada no apenas por los sistemas inmune, nervioso y endocrino, sino también por el ambiente. Factores moduladores como estrés, medicamentos, sazonalidad, radiación, gravedad, etc. serían, por tanto, agentes perturbadores o reguladores de esta red. Seminarios internacionales on-line están previstos para esa disciplina.
