Syllabus
This subject features the main theories on strategy applies to business networks, being structured into three blocks: the first one comprises entrepreneurial strategy fundamentals, approaching the industry-based vision, the resource-based vision, and the institution-based vision; the second one encompasses network relationships, and therein the stakeholder and environment analysis, strategic alliances, and the theory of agency; the third one comprises the theoretical perspectives in franchising networks – internationalization, and entrepreneurship.
