The Professional Master's Program in Institutional Practices in Mental Health at Universidade Paulista - UNIP is a Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program, recommended by CAPES and recognized by the MEC. This program grants the title of Master, preparing individuals not only for the job market but also for teaching in higher education.
In this program, both master's studies and research conducted by professors are entirely focused on practice, resulting in products aimed at promoting and caring for mental health. All these initiatives are grounded in theoretical and scientific perspectives.
Focusing on Mental Health in Institutional Contexts, the program is based on the concept of the human being as a biopsychosocial and integral health entity, as advocated by the World Health Organization. The main objective of the program is to transform mental health practices in society, seeking to generate healthy human development and, consequently, improve quality of life.
